Pricing

Mediation sessions are charged by the hour. You will only be charged for the time actually spent in mediation, but there is typically a two-hour minimum. Please come prepared to pay at the end of the session. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card for in-person sessions and by credit card for zoom sessions. There is a processing fee for credit card payments.

Ms. Clark’s hourly fee is $200 per hour. This is generally split equally between the parties (or $100 per hour each), unless the parties come to some other agreement.

Ms. Clark is also committed to teaching and mentoring in mediation and will provide discounts to parties who are willing to have a student observer or co-mediator present at the mediation. Please call to inquire about available discounts.
